Personal Training (In-person)
Many clients struggle with making the time to train, you are not alone! Fitness for life means working with you to fit your lifestyle. Making the time to train a priority can be difficult, clients often tell me "if you weren't showing up at my front door, this workout would not happen". Sessions are typically 45 minutes and include strength, cardio, core and balance. I love working with clients in-person! If you would like to train in person with me and live in San Francisco or Marin counties I am available to train you at your home, local park or place of business.
